NOTICE OF 21.09.2017: THE COMPANY SELC SOCIETÀ COOP., VENICE HAS BEEN AWARDED THE SERVICE IN QUESTION, AS PER THE RESULTS OF 20 SEPTEMBER BY THE SPECIAL EVALUATION COMMITTEE.

OPEN PROCEDURE FOR THE URGENT PROCUREMENT OF SERVICES FOR FIELD ACTIVITIES AT SEA FOR CoNISMA.

With this open procedure, Conisma intends to procure services for field activities at sea on an urgent basis and at its own expense ad horas.

The “economic operator” as defined in Article 3 of Legislative Decree 50-2016 must provide a motorboat equipped for a minimum of 3 (three) days of work (to be defined within a window of availability indicated by the operator based on weather conditions) in the area between Silvi Marina and Roseto degli Abruzzi for sampling macrozoobenthos on seabeds no deeper than 10 m.

The motorboat must have:

• a winch and crane or hoist with a block and tackle at least 2 m from the deck in order to operate with a 17 dm3/0.1 m2 Van Veen dredge;
• space on deck for sifting the collected material;
• the ability to accommodate at least 4 operators on board for the operations, with the possibility of embarking/disembarking these operators in the area between S. Benedetto del Tronto and Pescara.

Tender base price: €1,300.00 (one thousand three hundred/zero zero) plus VAT at the statutory rate as the daily cost of use, including all costs to be borne by the service provider.

The bidder must submit a bid in euros (in figures and words), excluding VAT, as the daily cost of use to be calculated for a maximum of 3 working days and must also specify the cost, again excluding VAT, for any additional days of use due to contingent needs.

The bid, written on letterhead and signed by the economic operator, must be sent in .pdf format by email to capone@conisma.it by midnight on Friday 28 October 2016.

NOTICE OF AUCTION SALE

Conisma, through an extraordinary asset disposal procedure, is auctioning off the following vehicle owned by it:
FIAT vehicle, model ‘Doblò’, registered on 02/08/2002, 1.9 jtd engine (power 74 kW – Euro 3), with registration number CB389ZZ.

The aforementioned vehicle, currently located at the Conisma Local Research Unit of the University of Messina, can be viewed by appointment with the Consortium by sending a certified email to conismapec@conisma.it.

The vehicle is being disposed of in its current condition and will be made available to the purchaser in the same condition at its current location. The purchaser may not claim any costs from Conisma for logistics or any other expenses necessary to remove the vehicle. The costs of transferring ownership shall be borne by the purchaser. HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS AUCTION:
I. The irrevocable purchase offer must be sent in a sealed envelope to Conisma, Piazzale Flaminio 32, by the deadline of 1 p.m. on Friday, 29 January 2016.

II. The envelope containing the bid must bear the following on the outside:
a) the name of the sender;
b) the words “Bid – DO NOT OPEN THE ENVELOPE”;
c) the words “FIAT vehicle disposal”.

III. The bid must indicate the total purchase price offered, expressed in figures and words, signed in original by the bidder and accompanied by a photocopy of a valid identity document of the signatory. The bid must also clearly indicate:
the bidder's first name, surname and address, telephone number and e-mail address.

Competitors will be excluded if they:

The above-mentioned motor vessel was awarded to ONSORZIO GIGLIO” s for the price of €37,000.00 (thirty-seven thousand/00) plus VAT following a resolution by the CoNISMa Administrative Council on 6 October 2012.
