Whistleblowing

Whistleblowing

Whistleblowing is the procedure aimed at encouraging reports and protecting, precisely because of its social function, both the company and the person who makes the report.

The term whistleblower refers to the person who reports, to the bodies authorized to intervene, violations that harm the public interest or the integrity of the Consortium, helping to bring unlawful conduct to light.

A report is intended to prevent or resolve a current or potential problem, internally and promptly: it is, in this sense, an act of civic responsibility, through which the whistleblower contributes to the detection and prevention of risks and harmful situations for the Consortium and, consequently, for the collective public interest.
